The golden autumn with its beautiful colors initiates the quieter time of the year. Hiking and enjoyment is at the forefront.
 
„Törggelen“ (derived from "torculum" from, the Latin word for wine press) starts with a walk and ends sociably in a tavern with new wine, chestnuts and all kinds of delicacies from the farmer: barley soup, smoked meat, home-made sausages, sauerkraut, dumplings and fritters.
 
It offers a unique atmosphere and warm, cheerful moments.
 
 
Herbstzauber
 
 
 
We highly recommended the "Oachner Höfeweg". This circular walk starts at Prösels Castle and leads through meadows, orchards and vineyards, passing many traditional farms and wine shops. A great hike with a fun and educational experience factor.
